本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、ryo hashimoto（以下「開発者」）が提供するiOSアプリケーション「ココキタ」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただく際には、本規約に同意いただいたものとみなします。

第1条（適用範囲）

本規約は、ユーザーと開発者との間の本アプリの利用に関わる一切の関係に適用されます。

第2条（サービスの内容）

本アプリは、以下の機能を提供します：

• GPS位置情報を用いた訪問記録の作成・管理
• 写真、メモ、ラベル、グループ、メンバー情報の記録
• 近隣施設の検索機能（ココカモ）
• 地図表示機能
• 訪問記録の検索・フィルタリング機能

第3条（有料プラン・App内課金）

本アプリは基本無料でご利用いただけますが、以下のプレミアム機能をご利用いただく場合は、App内課金による有料プランへのお申し込みが必要です。

• 広告の非表示
• 複数ブックの作成・管理
• コース再生機能（ツアーモード・シネマモード）

有料プランには、以下の2種類があります。

• 月額プラン：自動更新サブスクリプション
• 買い切りプラン：一度のお支払いで永続的にご利用いただける非消耗型のApp内課金

3.1 価格・お支払い

価格は、ご利用の国・地域のApp Storeに表示される金額に従います。お支払いは、購入手続きの確定時にお客様のApple IDに請求されます。

3.2 自動更新サブスクリプション（月額プラン）について

• 月額プランは自動更新サブスクリプションです。現在の期間が終了する24時間前までに自動更新をオフにしない限り、契約は同一期間で自動的に更新され、更新料金がApple IDに請求されます。
• サブスクリプションの管理および自動更新の解除は、購入後、端末の「設定」＞「（お客様のお名前）」＞「サブスクリプション」から行うことができます。
• 無料トライアル（お試し期間）は提供していません。お申し込みと同時に課金が発生します。

3.3 買い切りプランについて

買い切りプランは自動更新されない一回限りのお支払いです。購入後、対象のプレミアム機能を永続的にご利用いただけます。

3.4 返金

返金は、Appleの利用規約およびポリシーに従って取り扱われます。開発者は返金処理を直接行うことができません。返金をご希望の場合は、Appleのサポート窓口（reportaproblem.apple.com）よりお手続きください。

3.5 解約

ユーザーはいつでもサブスクリプションを解約できます。解約後も、既にお支払い済みの期間が終了するまでは有料機能をご利用いただけます。日割りでの返金は行われません。

第4条（禁止事項）

ユーザーは、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません：

1. GPS偽装アプリや外部デバイスを使用して、虚偽の位置情報を記録する行為
2. 本アプリを不正な目的で使用する行為
3. 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブルを行う行為
4. 本アプリの機能を妨害する行為
5. 第三者になりすまして本アプリを利用する行為
6. 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
7. その他、開発者が不適切と判断する行為

第5条（免責事項）

開発者は、以下の事項について一切の責任を負いません：

4.1 位置情報の精度

• GPS信号の受信状況、デバイスの状態、周辺環境などにより、位置情報の精度が低下する場合があります
• 本アプリが記録する位置情報の正確性について、開発者は保証しません

4.2 データの損失

• デバイスの故障、紛失、アプリの削除、iOSのアップデートなどにより、保存されたデータが失われる可能性があります
• 開発者はデータのバックアップ機能を提供していません。ユーザー自身でデータ管理を行ってください

4.3 サービスの中断

• アプリの不具合、メンテナンス、iOSの仕様変更などにより、本アプリが利用できなくなる場合があります
• 開発者は、事前の通知なくアプリの提供を中断または終了する場合があります

4.4 損害賠償

• 本アプリの利用または利用不能により生じた一切の損害（直接損害、間接損害、逸失利益を含む）について、開発者は責任を負いません
• ただし、消費者契約法などの強行法規により開発者の責任が制限されない場合を除きます

第6条（知的財産権）

本アプリに関する著作権、商標権、その他一切の知的財産権は、開発者に帰属します。ユーザーは、本アプリの利用許諾を受けるものであり、本アプリ自体の所有権を取得するものではありません。

第7条（アプリの変更・終了）

• 開発者は、ユーザーへの事前通知なく、本アプリの内容を変更、追加、削除することができます
• 開発者は、App Storeでの本アプリの配信を終了する場合があります
• 開発者は、本アプリの提供終了により生じた損害について責任を負いません

第8条（プライバシー）

本アプリにおける個人情報の取り扱いについては、別途定めるプライバシーポリシーに従います。

第9条（利用規約の変更）

開発者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することができます。変更後の規約は、本アプリ内または本ページで通知した時点から効力を生じるものとします。変更後も本アプリを継続して利用する場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。

第10条（準拠法・管轄裁判所）

• 本規約の解釈にあたっては、日本法を準拠法とします
• 本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合には、開発者の所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") set forth the conditions for using the iOS application "Kokokita" (hereinafter referred to as "App") provided by ryo hashimoto (hereinafter referred to as "Developer"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Article 1 (Scope of Application)

These Terms apply to all relationships between users and the Developer regarding the use of the App.

Article 2 (Service Content)

The App provides the following features:

• Creating and managing visit records using GPS location information
• Recording photos, notes, labels, groups, and member information
• Nearby facility search function (Kokokamo)
• Map display function
• Visit record search and filtering functions

Article 3 (Premium Plans and In-App Purchases)

The App is free to use with basic features. To access the following premium features, a paid plan purchased through in-app purchase is required.

• Removal of advertisements
• Creating and managing multiple books
• Course playback features (Tour Mode and Cinema Mode)

There are two types of paid plans:

• Monthly Plan: An auto-renewable subscription
• One-Time Purchase Plan: A non-consumable in-app purchase providing permanent access after a single payment

3.1 Pricing and Payment

Prices follow the amount displayed on the App Store for your country or region. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.

3.2 Auto-Renewable Subscription (Monthly Plan)

• The Monthly Plan is an auto-renewable subscription. Unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription automatically renews for the same period, and the renewal fee will be charged to your Apple ID.
• Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal can be turned off after purchase by going to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your device.
• No free trial is offered. Charges apply immediately upon subscribing.

3.3 One-Time Purchase Plan

The One-Time Purchase Plan is a single, non-recurring payment. After purchase, you will have permanent access to the applicable premium features.

3.4 Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple's terms and policies. The Developer cannot process refunds directly. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support at reportaproblem.apple.com.

3.5 Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time. After cancellation, premium features remain available until the end of the already-paid period. No prorated refunds will be issued.

Article 4 (Prohibited Acts)

Users shall not engage in the following acts when using the App:

1. Using GPS spoofing apps or external devices to record false location information
2. Using the App for unlawful purposes
3. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
4. Interfering with the App's functionality
5. Impersonating others when using the App
6. Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
7. Other acts deemed inappropriate by the Developer

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

The Developer assumes no responsibility for the following:

4.1 Location Information Accuracy

• Location accuracy may decrease due to GPS signal reception, device condition, surrounding environment, etc.
• The Developer does not guarantee the accuracy of location information recorded by the App

4.2 Data Loss

• Stored data may be lost due to device failure, loss, app deletion, iOS updates, etc.
• The Developer does not provide backup functionality. Users are responsible for their own data management

4.3 Service Interruption

• The App may become unavailable due to bugs, maintenance, iOS specification changes, etc.
• The Developer may suspend or terminate the App without prior notice

4.4 Damages

• The Developer is not responsible for any damages (including direct damages, indirect damages, and lost profits) arising from the use or inability to use the App
• Except where Developer liability cannot be limited under mandatory laws such as consumer protection laws

Article 6 (Intellectual Property Rights)

All intellectual property rights related to the App, including copyrights and trademarks, belong to the Developer. Users receive a license to use the App and do not acquire ownership of the App itself.

Article 7 (App Modifications and Termination)

• The Developer may modify, add to, or delete App content without prior notice to users
• The Developer may terminate distribution of the App on the App Store
• The Developer is not responsible for damages arising from termination of the App

Article 8 (Privacy)

The handling of personal information in the App is governed by the separately defined Privacy Policy.

Article 9 (Changes to Terms of Service)

The Developer may change these Terms as necessary. Modified Terms take effect from the time of notification within the App or on this page. Continued use of the App after modifications constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

• These Terms shall be governed by Japanese law
• In the event of disputes arising from the App, the court having jurisdiction over the Developer's location shall have exclusive jurisdiction
